TRADING REQUESTS, RULES, SUGGESTIONS & NOTES:

1. To new labels or people that I have not traded with yet: YOU MUST SEND YOUR PACKAGE FIRST. No exceptions, no discussions. (Old, trusted partners will have their packaged shipped quickly)
2. You must specify if you are trading IN or OUT of jewel cases when you are trading with me.
3. You must specify if you are shipping the trade by AIRMAIL or SURFACE ECONOMY, first class mail, media mail or private courier. And you have to send yours unter any circumstances via REGISTERED mail. You must provide a street address (a.k.a. shipping address, office address, etc.) when you use a company other than the post office/P.O.Box.
4. You must package the goods well or they will be returned at your expense. CDs cannot be packaged loosely, especially when trading out of cases. LPs need extra careful packaging.
5. When trading against digipaks, LPs, Videos or Magazines, please send your CDs with cases.

6. You have to declare the package with a sticker as a gift

Be cautious with this bastard hiding under different names (miki, Moloch, Knjaz Nazgul) and e-mail nosferatu@EUnet.yu. He tried to deceive us on 29 cd's offering the trade and interview for S.M.A.G.P. 666' zine (though the real editor of this zine told us that he has nothing to do with him). Under the name of "underground resistance distribution" he offers for trade and sale so-called top releases. At-first he wanted to get LUCIFUGUM "The Supreme Art of Genocide" CD's, but after our answer "no problem, but you should send your part of trade first" he refused from the trade, motivating that he already has 30 copies. Moreover (!), he has told that he hears about this trade for the first time and that last time we talked to other person (though from editor of S.M.A.G.P. 666' zine we know that this rat runs "distro" by himself only). A standard cheap trick for those who use different names from one e-mail address. Be cautious! We have not appeared deceived only because were attentive. (Also we have got the message from Griffin Music. The label informed us that they also had the same experience of communication with this gipsy rat. This time this bastard had only two names: Konstantin and Moloch. Again he offered so called "headline" bands for trade, and again has refused from the trade after the requirement to send his part first.) And again this rat has left its dirty traces. I would let you know that last summer I was also ripped by this pig, here is my story: In the very beginning of June 2006 a. b. he sent me his catalogue with information about trade possibility. Very quickly we have achieved the agreement of trading and I sent him my part of trade in June 09, 2006 a. b. (4 mini-CD’s, 5 CD’s, 5 MC’s and master with 10 MC covers were included to my pack) for his stuff (10 CD’s and 1 mini-CD). He told me he sent his items the same day. After the 1.5 months of waiting I received nothing from him and just asked him if he received my items and what’s up with his part of trade. He answered me quickly, that he has received my stuff and that he already told me that he asked the postal workers about the fate of his pack and they told nothing to him. Here is real "shorthand record" of his information back from August 6, 2006 a. b.: "Yes brother we have received your package, but as I told you last time I send a warrant for our package but still we don't have any answer from our local post office, well the only think what we can do now is to send a new package on monday but in case that you receive the first one you should send us this second one, ok? On monday we will ship a new one". It was real surprise for me because I didn’t told him about any problem with his stuff till this message, so I think I’m not the only one who was thieved by himself. Since that day I have been heared nothing from him even if few messages were sent him. I'm totally sure that I’ll have nothing in future. Through few weeks after the trading with him I have found in the web information that he tried to rip-off Ukrainian labels Propaganda and Griffin Music. Sadly, but this information was a little bit late for me. He can contact with using the names: Miki, Moloch, Konstantin and Knjaz Nazgul (he contacted me like Miki and Knjaz Nazgul). Be attentive!
The last contact sources I had are: c/o Micic Milorad, Brace Rabrenovic # 1, 32250 Ivanjica, SERBIA (snail address); nosferatu@EUnet.yu (e-mail address). The approximate loss of my label (p&p included ) is 130 Euros. I would recommend now to boycott the contacts with Serbian scene because of this shit alive. I think that ignoring will keep the death to him from the hands of Serbian underground. I have put the information about this pig on the pages of my site and some my messages on some forums helped to some people to avoid the contacting him."
